About us
We have been investing in commercial real estate – buying, building and managing our own buildings – for more than 20 years. We are constantly investing in new real estate properties, and one of our strategic principles is not to sell our buildings.
It is the goal of Kawe to be personally close to the client and to support them in the long run. This goal is supported by flexibility, care, swift responses, and everyday property maintenance.
Kawe is owned by AS Garda, which is owned by three Norwegian private investors. The ownership structure of the group has remained the same throughout the years.
History
We value consistency and development. This fundamental cornerstone is well illustrated by our long history – we have acquired new buildings or started the construction of new objects practically every year.
