Kawe has purchased the share of the Toompuiestee 33A property from Eesti Post AS.
Kawe is now the sole owner of the Toompuiestee 33A property, having acquired the part previously co-owned with Eesti Post AS (Omniva). The total area of the property is 7,429 m².
Until today, Kawe owned an office building and a parking garage (with a net area of 2,900 m²), while Eesti Post used spaces with a net area of 2,400 m², initially as a sorting center and subsequently as storage space.
Eesti Post continues to rent the existing premises according to the current lease agreement. Kawe is starting the detailed planning process for the entire property. The goal is to build a new apartment complex with commercial spaces at Toompuiestee 33A, creating new opportunities for living and business activities in the area.
