Norra Building

The Norra Building is Estonia’s first class A energy efficiency rated office building.

The seven storey building is characterised by high ceilings, large windows, and an efficient use of space. The greater insulation of external walls, triple glazed windows, a demand-based climate system, and automatic (transparent) outdoor curtains that maintain a stable indoor temperature help to keep the ancillary costs favourable.

The office building has an underground car park for employees and a spacious outdoor car park for clients.
