The new modern A-energy class office building will be built in the place of the Creative Incubator building in Kawe Quarter. The new building will be connected to two other office buildings in the block.
The 6-story modern building with high ceilings and large windows will have 5,000 m² of office space. The first floor is suitable for commercial and service premises, the last floor will have a large open terrace with views over Tallinn’s old town.
