Kawe Plaza

Kawe Plaza, with its unique architecture, was one of the first office buildings in Tallinn with a full glass façade and is located right along the edge of Freedom Square.

The building underwent renovation in the fall of 2023 with the aim of achieving better energy efficiency for the entire building.

During the renovation, all technical equipment and the front and back facade of the building were replaced. The new glass façade along the Pärnu mnt. side will got a U-number (thermal transmittance) that is three times than the old one. Along with the upgrading of utility systems, the building’s automation will be controlled now by artificial intelligence.
