Türi Quarter
The Türi Quarter, with its 183 apartments, is Kawe’s first development, with which we will be entering the apartment market in 2022. The concept as a whole for the area, along with 4 spacious apartment buildings and a park, was created by the architects of the architectural firms of DAGOpen and LÜNK Architects. The content and nature of the apartments is based on contemporary Nordic architecture. Carefully thought-out plans make homes comfortable, and high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows bring spaciousness to the rooms.
NEW RESIDENTIAL QUARTER ON THE EDGE OF TALLINN’S CITY CENTRE
Türi Quarter is a quiet and homely quarter, with its own park, on Türi Street, in Tallinn. Many streets with the names of small cities and settlements can be found here: Türi, Saku, Kohila, Rapla, Paide – together known as Tallinn-Väike. The neighbourhood is peaceful and cosy, almost like a small city inside a large city.
PROXIMITY TO THE CITY CENTRE, THE COSINESS OF A SMALL TOWN
From here you can comfortably move in any direction – to the City Centre, to the suburbs, or even out of the city. You can reach almost any point from here on foot, by bicycle, tram, or bus, as quickly as you could with your own car. Even the train runs through here – to Baltic Station in a couple of minutes or to Viljandi in a couple of few hours.
And if you want to visit nature, the Ülemiste health trails are right here. The choice is yours – whether you go for a walk under the forest or complete a much faster sports circuit.
