KAWE BOUGHT A NEW COMMERCIAL BUILDING IN KADRIORG

On 22 August 2022, Akzo Nobel Baltics AS sold the registered immovable at Tobiase 8 to OÜ Kawe. In accordance with the law, the lease agreements concluded by Akzo Nobel Baltics AS will remain valid under the current terms and conditions.

In the future, Kawe wants to develop an apartment building(s) on the Tobiase 8 registered immovable.
